Refund Policy — Stitch2Go

Cancellation

You can cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund.

Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.


Returns (if applicable)

You may return products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be undamaged and in the same condition you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
No restocking fees will be charged for returned products.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm we have received it.

We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank if needed.
